2. Who processes it for us

  • Paddle (UK/Ireland) — payments, invoices, taxes, refunds. Paddle is a separate controller for payment data: see paddle.com/legal.
  • Cloudflare (USA, EU data processing addendum) — website, license and update server, bug report storage.
  • Resend (EU, Ireland) — sending sign-in codes and licence emails.
  • Google (USA) — only if you choose «Sign in with Google»: Google tells us your email and name; we ask for nothing else.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

3. Your rights

In your account at account.neomonitor.dev you can download your data, unlink PCs, switch news letters off and delete your account yourself. You can also ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time (switch statistics off in Settings; ask us to delete a bug report). Write to support@neomonitor.dev. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, or in Ukraine to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

4. Website

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are counted without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics). The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them (Google sees your IP address, as with any request); the program itself ships its fonts and does not.

4a. Downloads by the program from others

The Blender benchmark downloads Blender's official benchmark from blender.org the first time you run it; blender.org sees that request like any download. Its results are not uploaded.

5. Children

NeoMonitor is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Changes

We will post changes here and, for important changes, show a notice in the app.
