Terms of Sale

1. Seller. Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for payments and handles returns. NeoMonitor is made by Dmytro Yevdokymenko (Євдокименко Дмитро Вікторович), ФОП, Ukraine ("we").
2. What you buy. NeoMonitor Pro for your NeoMonitor account, for one person, on up to 3 computers, under the NeoMonitor EULA (https://neomonitor.dev/eula). You sign in once on each computer; Pro and its date follow your account. A gift key (NEO1…) adds the Pro it carries to your account.
3. Prices. Prices are shown on https://neomonitor.dev/#price. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies and shown before you pay. Prices can differ by country.
4. Monthly and yearly plans. A monthly plan renews automatically every month, a yearly plan every 12 months, at the price shown to you at renewal, unless you cancel. For the yearly plan we email you at least 7 days before each renewal; every renewal sends a receipt. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us; cancelling stops future renewals. When the paid month or year ends without renewal, the Software switches to Free, which keeps working and keeps receiving updates (see EULA section 2).
5. Lifetime plan (if offered): one payment, all future versions while we publish NeoMonitor.
6. Delivery. The key is emailed right after payment. If it does not arrive within 1 hour, write to support@neomonitor.dev.
7. Account and trial. NeoMonitor needs a free account (an email, or Google). The free 14-day Pro trial starts when your first computer signs in, once per person and once per computer; it needs no payment details and does not convert into a paid plan by itself. After it, NeoMonitor Free keeps working. Pro holds 7 days without an internet connection, then Free until NeoMonitor reaches our server again.
8. System requirements. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Please use the free edition and the trial to check that NeoMonitor works on your computer before buying.
9. Contact. support@neomonitor.dev. We answer within 3 working days.

Refund Policy

• You can get a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal, without giving a reason.
• To ask, reply to your Paddle receipt email or write to support@neomonitor.dev with your order number.
• After a refund the license key is deactivated.
• After 14 days we refund only if the law of your country requires it, or if NeoMonitor did not work on your computer and we could not fix it.
• Withdrawal right (EU/UK): you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. By starting to use the key within that time you keep this refund promise anyway; we do not ask you to waive it.
